The goals for which this corporation is formed are two-fold.
The first is to benefit the artists in the community by encouraging them with programs and workshops, by providing a meeting place for discussion and criticism, by maintaining an open gallery, by promoting exhibitions of art in various settings, and by any other related activities that may achieve these goals.
The second is to benefit the citizens of the community by promoting art demonstrations, programs and events, and by sharing resources to create an interest in the visual arts and to expand knowledge in this area.
All of the above will be achieved without discrimination toward others.
The corporation may receive money securities, and property in the form of gifts or bequests. It may dispense, invest, or hold this income or property for the purposes of benefiting and maintaining the organization. The income may not be used for political or personal reasons.
